A boat maintenance company is seeking a Prep, Rep & Maintenance Technician for a year-round position. Candidates should have experience in boat maintenance and be fluent in English. Responsibilities include daily cleaning, managing maintenance projects, and liaising with suppliers. A driver's license and a boat license are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in boat maintenance, repairs, and mechanics.
• Driver's license and a personal car are required.
• Boat license (PER or similar) is necessary.
• Fluent or advanced level of English is required.
• Any additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Perform daily RIB cleaning and maintenance.
• Help organize/manage various maintenance projects.
• Liaise with local suppliers for maintenance work.
• Refuel boats as necessary.
• Organize sea trials for prospective members.

Tasks

RIB Club is looking for a Prep, Rep & Maintenance Technician (on-shore, year-round position). The candidate should be Mallorca-based and able to travel between Antibes (Port Galice) and Baie des Anges (potentially event Cap d'Ail).

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• performing daily RIB cleaning and maintenance;
• helping organize/manage various maintenance projects (surface works, engine servicing, refurbs, etc.);
• liaising with local suppliers and collaborating with them on different maintenance projects;
• refuelling;
• organizing sea trials and orientations for (prospective) members.

Basic requirements for candidates:

• experience in boat maintenance, repairs and mechanics (previous boat engineering experience or expertise in any marine refit/refurb field is a definite plus);
• driver´s license and a personal car;
• boat licence (PER or similar);
• fluent or advanced level of English;
• any additional languages are a plus.

Compensation will be in line with the candidate´s experience and skills.
