CIC-fused sarcomas are aggressive cancers with limited treatment options. We have gathered evidences suggesting that some specific interactors of CIC::DUX4 play critical roles in this sarcoma pathogenesis. In the frame of an INCa PLBIO funding, this project will focus on:

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in molecular biology, biochemistry and cancer biology, and experience in the following areas:
Molecular Biology
Cell Biology
Cell culture, immunofluorescence, proximity ligation assays, functional cell-based assays
Drug Discovery
Data Analysis
Proficiency in statistics and statistical software (GraphPad, R, Python)
