A global biotechnology firm in Craponne is seeking an intern to support the Project Management Office. You will help improve project management practices by creating methodology tools and supporting project managers. Ideal candidates are pursuing a Master's degree, are proficient in Excel, and have a good command of English. Within the Supply Chain department and in a dynamic, international environment, you will support the Project Management Office in improving project management practices. You will contribute to the structuring of methodologies, the creation of a project manager’s toolbox, and the change management efforts to help teams adopt and implement these new approaches. Your role will be key in supporting project managers in their current and future missions, while documenting processes and contributing to their skills development.

What will your mission be at bioMérieux?

The main objective of this internship is to provide project methodology tools and help teams integrate them into their daily activities:

• Review existing best practices
• Conduct external methodological benchmarking
• Build a tailored project manager’s toolbox
• Create training materials and organize learning sessions for active project managers
• Develop a performance review tool
• Contribute to change management within project teams
• Support a pilot project

Depending on your autonomy and progress, additional missions may be proposed.

Who are you?

• You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree (BAC+5), in your final year of engineering school or a Master 2 program, with a strong interest in project management
• You are comfortable with digital tools and proficient in Excel
• You are curious, dynamic, and enjoy working in a team
• You can work independently and take initiative
• You have a good command of English (written, spoken, and read)

The internship is based in Craponne (69), accessible via public transport (bus line s C24 and C22 from Gorge de Loup).
