Une entreprise leader en électroménager cherche un stagiaire en logistique pour intégrer son département Supply. Vous gérerez des projets d'amélioration continue et initierez des outils pour optimiser la planification de la production. Un diplôme Bac+4/5 est requis, avec des compétences en gestion de projet et Lean Manufacturing. Le stage dure 6 mois, basé à Annecy.

Qualifications

• Préparer un diplôme Bac+4/5 avec spécialisation en logistique industrielle.
• Expérience souhaitée dans le département de planification.

Responsabilités

• Gérer un projet d'amélioration majeur entre la planification et la production.
• Mettre en œuvre des outils pour sécuriser la planification de production.
• Analyser les écarts de livraison pour construire un plan d'action.

Description du poste

What we will achieve together :

Integrated into the Supply department of a Production Unit (UAP), you will work under the supervision of the UAP Supply Manager.

In this context, your main tasks will include:

• Managing a major improvement project between scheduling and production.


• Managing several continuous improvement projects.


• Implementing tools or indicators to facilitate and secure production planning.


• Measuring and analyzing non-delivery deviations to date in order to build and monitor a continuous improvement action plan.

Bring your competencies :

You are preparing a Bac+4/5 level degree (Master’s level) with a specialization in industrial logistics and want to gain significant experience within the scheduling department of a production unit.

• Curious and motivated, you want to apply your knowledge of production management tools and Lean Manufacturing.


• This mission requires rigor, organizational skills, strong interpersonal abilities, as well as the capacity to manage unforeseen events.


• Your sense of initiative, team spirit, adaptability, analytical skills, and technical mindset will contribute to your success in this role.
