A leading currency partner in Bordeaux is seeking an experienced Partnerships Manager to expand business in the South West of France. You will be responsible for acquiring and activating partners, nurturing relationships, and collaborating with sales teams to drive growth. The ideal candidate has strong sales experience, fluency in English and French, and a deep understanding of the local market. This role requires travel around 90% of the time and offers the chance to make a significant impact on business growth.

At Lumon, we’ve built a long-standing presence in the French real estate market, partnering successfully with hundreds of agencies across the country. As one of our key target markets, France offers significant opportunities for growth, and we are looking for an experienced and dynamic partnerships manager to lead our expansion efforts. The role will be nurturing the South West of Franceand form the start of a further dynamic geographical build out of the Lumon offering.
We’re looking for a Partnerships Manager to join our high-energy team. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in the growth of Lumon, identifying new business opportunities, qualifying prospects, and supporting the sales team to build a robust pipeline. Your work will directly impact the company’s ability to scale across South West of France.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to foster new business while also expanding relationships with existing partners/introducers to achieve Lumon’s goals.
