Job Description

As the Toya Beach Bar & Grill - Outlet Manager , you will be responsible for the overall management and success of the outlet. This includes overseeing daily operations, managing staff, maintaining high service standards, and driving sales and profitability. You will work closely with the culinary team, front-of-house staff, and senior management to ensure that every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience. Your role is pivotal in creating a welcoming and efficient environment that aligns with our brand values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management : Oversee daily outlet operations, ensuring that all areas are running smoothly, efficiently, and according to company standards.
  • Team Leadership : Lead, motivate, and train the outlet team, including servers, bartenders, and support staff. Foster a culture of teamwork, excellence, and professional development.
  • Guest Service Excellence : Ensure that every guest receives an outstanding experience, from the moment they arrive to when they leave. Address any guest concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Sales & Profitability : Maximize revenue and control costs by implementing effective sales strategies, managing inventory, optimizing staffing levels, and reducing waste.
  • Training & Development : Conduct regular training sessions for staff to enhance product knowledge, service standards, and sales techniques. Promote internal growth within the team.
  • Compliance & Standards : Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and legal requirements. Uphold the outlet’s standards for cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
  • Marketing & Promotions : Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the outlet and drive foot traffic through events, special offers, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Budgeting & Reporting : Assist in managing the outlet’s budget and financial performance. Prepare regular reports on sales, expenses, and staffing levels for management review.
  • Inventory Management : Oversee stock levels, ensure inventory is properly maintained, and liaise with suppliers for orders and deliveries.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Outlet Manager, Assistant Outlet Manager, or in a similar role in the hospitality or F&B industry, with at least 3-5 years of experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and staff scheduling.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong financial acumen, with the ability to monitor and manage budgets and costs.
  • A positive, hands-on attitude and the ability to lead by example.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and spoken). Additional language skills are a plus.
  • Knowledge of POS systems is advantageous.
  • A relevant degree or certification in Hospitality Management or F&B is a plus.
