The position will be running under the Rolling Stock and Components (RSC) Global Operations department "Smart Ops Process & Tools integration". The team is in charge of the definition and deployment of methods & tools for our operational staff in Industrialization of our products along with the planning and execution of the full Supply Chain.

As a member of Digital Ops Backbone Team, your main mission will be to support Supply Chain & Planning teams into deploying standard processes & tools on sites in coherency with our Core Digital Transformation Programs. Your assistance in terms of project structuration, methodology and facilitation will be on the below main areas:

Responsibilities
Provide guidance on Deployment roadmaps for new Supply Chain Digital Programs (MPS, MPC, …)
  • Provide guidelines on Program deployment approach
  • Support project plan definition when appropriate
  • Support project from a methodology perspective
Support Project execution and follow‑up
  • Participate to existing project governance and retrieve visibility on the project progress
  • Participate to the identification of project related risks
  • Recommend appropriate actions to control the risks
  • Escalate when appropriate
Act as a facilitator between IS&T and Supply Chain Pillars for the definition of the domain roadmaps
  • Support the definition of the Long‑term domain roadmaps taking into account the métier priorities
  • Assist to Program charters reviews
  • Propose & support the implementation of usage and appropriation monitoring initiatives to measure brought value
Ensure synchronization on Digital Integrated topics among RSC Ops on industrialization, supply chain and manufacturing
  • Contribute to the development of a solution roadmap while identifying interfaces with other programs.
  • Identify Project and functional interdependencies with RSC Ops Backbone Domains and Transformation programs
  • Participate in regular usage and appropriation review
  • Support Transition from Pilot to Roadmap
Required Skills
  • Solid knowledge on project management, especially in Supply Chain/ERP context
  • Worked on Global Transformation Programs either as a service provider or as a customer
  • Strong written, communication, and presentation skills. You are result‑oriented and show intellectual curiosity and creativity
  • Very strong leadership and are business value oriented
  • Fluent in English, you are eager to work with autonomy in an international environment and to face the challenges of the new Alstom
