Overview

We are looking for an Operations Manager - Warehouse for an international high-level trade fairs market and events company! This dynamic company is one of the leading companies in this sector and is looking for someone who wants to join this company with great enthusiasm. Responsibilities

• Liaising with project managers, account managers, and technical teams to ensure operational support aligns with event requirements;
• Monitoring timelines and ensuring deadlines are met;
• Overseeing, implementing, and maintaining warehouse operations and management systems;
• Coordinating logistics and transportation teams;
• Managing warehouse and operations staff while fostering a positive, safety-first workplace culture;
• Monitoring budgets and reporting on operational KPIs.

Requirements

Communication is the key within your position as Operations Manager. As you will be involved with many fairs and events, it is important to get everybody on the same page. You must be a very skilled communicator! The ideal candidate for the position needs to match the following criteria :

• At least 5 years experience in a similar position and environment (preferably within the live event and / or exhibition industry);
• Proven experience managing a warehouse environment with strong understanding of inventory systems and equipment handling;
• Fluent in English and French;
• Good at setting your priorities straight;
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain ongoing relationships with your suppliers, venues and colleagues.

This organization offers a dynamic working environment with lots of variation in tasks. The salary for this position is within the salary range of €0 and €0 gross per month (based on education and experience). The holiday entitlement is days per year (plus bank holidays and statutory public holidays). You may be required to work evenings and weekends during busy periods in order to meet the demands of business, including overseas travels.
