  • Sales Strategy Development : Define and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive the development and profitable growth of your accounts.
  • Customer Relationship Management : Ensure our offers meet the expectations and requirements of Volvo & Commercial Vehicle accounts, maintaining competitiveness and full compliance.
  • Business Acquisition : Lead the negotiation process with customers, building compelling offers to secure business acquisitions.
  • Commercial Objectives : Achieve set commercial objectives from RFQ (Request for Quotation) to EOP (End of Production), including growth, turnover, market share, order intake, price management, and project and plant profitability.
  • Budget Preparation : Prepare the annual budget, manage and report on the selling price index, and maintain the order intake target list.
  • Market Share Development : Propose and implement regional sales strategies to expand our market share with your customers.
You inspire us with that :
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in key account management or a similar role within the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategy development and execution.
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to achieve commercial objectives and drive profitability.
  • Experience in budget preparation and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English, German and / or French
