Job Description

Are you passionate about Nordic skiing and product development and eager to create iconic high performing products used by our world champion athletes?

As the Nordic Ski Development Manager W/M, you will manage innovative R&D projects, ensuring innovation and excellence across all ski ranges.

In following the medium and long-term strategy, you will:

  • Manage the product development team and coordinate transversal teams (racing, marketing, quality, industrial) between Annecy (France) and Altenmarkt (Austria), supporting transformation.
  • Lead projects from design to industrialization, ensuring cost, quality, and timeline objectives. Monitor schedules and budgets.
  • Stimulate innovation and drive prototype creation.
  • Anticipate risks, propose solutions, and guarantee the industrial feasibility of products.
Qualifications
Essential Skills & Experience
  • You are a passionate skier with deep expertise in Nordic skiing – both cultural and technical understanding.
  • You possess several years of management experience.
  • Experience in R&D and industrialization in similar fields.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills, with a collaborative, multicultural mindset.
  • Regular travel abroad of up to a week’s time required.
