Overview

After several years of R&D Lettria has launched its first products Lettria GraphRAG and already gained the trust of international clients such as La Poste, Euronext and Sia Partners. Backed by 8M in seed funding and leading academic partners, we’re building next-generation tools in Document Parsing OCR and Graph-based Knowledge Systems.

We’re looking for a passionate and autonomous ML / AI Engineer to join our small, collaborative and low-ego team. You’ll work closely with and be directly managed by our Senior ML Engineer, contributing to cutting-edge Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems that power the next wave of intelligent knowledge tools.

Responsibilities

• Build & evolve our GraphRAG pipeline: Work alongside our Senior ML / AI Engineer to design, develop and improve our Python-based GraphRAG solution.
• Research & Experimentation: Explore new AI and RAG approaches, evaluate their potential and contribute to turning experiments into impactful product features.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Linguistics, Backend and Product teams to ensure seamless integration of AI capabilities.
• Code Quality: Write clean, efficient and well-tested Python code following best practices and a strong sense of reproducibility.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical skills with curiosity, rigor and humility.

Must-haves :

• 3 years of experience with Python
• Strong analytical and mathematical mindset
• Hands-on experience or deep curiosity in GenAI and RAG pipelines
• Ability to move from research to production code
• Clear and structured communication style
• Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning or related field

Nice-to-haves :

• Knowledge of Knowledge Graphs (Neo4j, AWS Neptune)
• Familiarity with vector databases (Qdrant, Pinecone)
• Experience with OCR or document analysis
• Exposure to AWS MLOps or LLM fine-tuning
