We are recruiting at Tinubu a Marketing Operations / RevOps Lead to own the end-to-end marketing → salespipeline across data, automation, and insights. You’ll design, implement, and scale systems (HubSpot ↔ Salesforce or equivalent), deploy AI & automation to accelerate demand and prospecting, strengthen market/competitor/product intelligence, and ensure the website & paid channels are fully instrumented for growth.
Works with: Marketing, Sales leadership, IT/Security, Web/Digital Agency, Automation/AI partners, Finance.
You will be the platform/process owner for lifecycle, data quality, attribution, and reporting: define lifecycle & scoring, govern routing and SLAs, stand up enrichment and QA, deliver unified attribution dashboards, lead website/SEO/AEO/GEO instrumentation, and drive sales adoption (sequences, playbooks, enablement).
Key Responsibilities
- 1) Revenue & Lifecycle Automation
- Apply lifecycle stages (Lead → MQL → SQL), entry/exit criteria, and MQL/SLA alerting.
- Build/iterate lead scoring (fit + intent), routing rules, dedupe/merge, round-robin/territories.
- Run prospecting & nurture programs (sequences, playbooks, templates, automated follow-ups).
- Govern UTM taxonomy, campaign hierarchy, and naming standards.
- 2) Data Management & Enrichment
- Audit fields/mappings/sync rules; define golden record & normalization (countries, industries, titles).
- Execute enrichment (approved providers), email verification, GDPR-compliant processes.
- Schedule data QA (completeness, validity, duplication) and remediation workflows.
- 3) Platform Ownership (HubSpot ↔ Salesforce or equivalent)
- Administer platforms & integrations (bi-directional mapping, dedupe logic, error handling).
- Maintain sandboxes, change logs, release notes, regression tests; govern users/permissions/audits.
- Migrate legacy forms; manage webhooks and custom properties.
- 4) AI & Automation for Growth
- Evaluate/pilot/roll out AI for: lead/account research, market & competitor intel, SDR acceleration, and content/ad ops.
- Establish governance: prompt libraries, data privacy, human-in-the-loop QA, usage analytics.
- 5) Website, SEO/AEO/GEO & Analytics (Revamp/Migration)
- Lead with agency on GTM, GA4 event design, CMP consent, server-side tagging where relevant.
- Ensure technical SEO/AEO/GEO parity in revamps/migrations (redirects, canonicals, structured data, performance, error hygiene).
- Define measurement plan; implement key events (demo/contact/download/pricing), channel groupings, and conversion exports to ad platforms.
- 6) Paid Media Operations
- Implement pixels (LinkedIn, Google Ads), offline conversion imports, audience building, experiment design.
- Launch LP A/B tests, form optimisation, progressive profiling, budget pacing dashboards.
- 7) Reporting & Insights
- Build funnel dashboards (Lead→MQL→SQL), pipeline velocity, win rates, coverage, attribution.
- Create sales performance views (activity, SLA adherence, sequence effectiveness).
- Deliver monthly insights with clear recommendations (channels, content, priority segments).
- 8) Sales Enablement & Change Management
- Train Sales on sequences, playbooks, inbox/call logging, hygiene standards.
- Run office hours, publish SOPs, measure adoption, iterate from feedback.
- 9) Compliance & Risk
- Ensure GDPR/consent, data retention, DSAR workflows, vendor DPAs.
- Coordinate with Security/IT on access controls and incident response for MarTech tools.
Requirements
- Significant experience in Marketing Ops / RevOps / Growth Ops for B2B (SaaS or complex/enterprise sales).
- Expert HubSpot (Marketing/Sales/Operations Hubs) administration and strong Salesforce Sales Cloud integration (or equivalents).
- Advanced GA4 and GTM implementation.
- Solid technical SEO/AEO/GEO and web analytics during CMS migrations.
- Hands‑on AI/automation for BI, enrichment, SDR enablement; test‑and‑learn mindset.
- Strong stakeholder management, documentation, and training abilities.
- English fluency; French is a plus.
