Job Description
The Marketing Director France & Benelux is a key member of the Country Leadership Team, responsible for leading the strategic and operational marketing agenda across the full Allergan Aesthetics portfolio. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping brand strategies, driving demand, and enabling seamless commercial execution through strong cross‑functional collaboration and a deep understanding of the customer journey.
To be successful in this role, the individual must bring not only strategic marketing expertise but also proven experience in commercial or sales roles, ensuring that brand plans are closely connected to customer realities and field execution. The Director will lead a team of brand managers and digital experts while partnering with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, OEC / Legal, Finance, Business Excellence and Area / International teams.

From a practical point of view and daily work life : we are currently located in Courbevoie; however, AbbVie France will be relocating to 5 / 13Bd de la République, 92100 Boulogne‑Billancourt by the end of 2025 . The new premises along the Seine will host the France and Europe teams, both therapeutic and aesthetics, in two newly renovated seven‑story buildings within a campus of four buildings.
Each floor will be equipped with meeting rooms and relaxation areas to promote collaboration and informal exchanges. The premises will also have outdoor spaces, including a green inner courtyard and a private rooftop with a view of the Seine, exclusively for AbbVie employees.
Numerous services will be offered on‑site : car and motorcycle parking with electric charging stations, bicycle storage, company restaurant, gym, as well as concierge service.
Located in a dynamic and lively district with many amenities, our future offices will be easily accessible by public transport with subway line 9, RER C, and buses 126, 189 and 289. In the future, it will also be accessible by subway line 15.
