Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Change: develop and execute vision and strategy for the maintenance transformation program, defining clear objectives and KPIs aligned with business strategy.
- Process Optimization & Industrialization: analyze current maintenance processes, identify improvement areas, and implement best practices, lean methodologies, and digital solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Digital Integration: integrate digital technologies into maintenance workflows, leveraging tools like Power BI for robust data analysis and performance follow‑up.
- Culture of Excellence: champion continuous improvement and rigorous execution within the maintenance team.
- Project and People Management: manage end‑to‑end transformation projects and programs, ensuring deployment and sustainable handover of new processes, and develop essential training programs for maintenance staff.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: act as key interface with Maintenance Excellence Leaders, Utility Managers, SMEs, R&D, and site Maintenance Managers to ensure robust process industrialization and full cultural integration.
Requirements
- Education: Master’s Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- Experience: Significant professional experience within the oil and gas industry, including strong experience in project/program management of transformation initiatives.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance methodologies, process optimization techniques (e.g., Lean), and reliability performance improvement.
- Digital Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, good IT skills, and experience with reporting/BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Leadership & Communication: Excellent strategic thinking, change management skills, and ability to communicate with impact across all levels, from field operators to leadership.
- Cultural Fit: Self‑aware, customer‑focused, committed to long‑term performance, thrives in multidisciplinary project teams; English fluency is a must‑have.
