Our mission is to become a tech‑driven company in a traditional industry, and therefore make the shipping & storage of bulky and valuable items as easy as possible by providing an online and seamless experience.

We currently serve a wide range of customers from art galleries, antique dealers, auction houses, online platforms to interior designers.

🎩 Your Role

Support the smooth execution of daily warehouse and transport activities by:

  • Planning and organising internal transport operations efficiently to ensure timely pick‑up and delivery of goods
  • Acting as a bridge between the warehouse and Operations teams by handling administrative follow‑up, solving day‑to‑day issues, and ensuring clear communication

Job based in Le Bourget 5 days a week, in an environment allowing a clear and modern handling of valuable goods.

Answer operational queries from Operations (e.g. shipment status, crating delays, missing documentation) via email, phone, and in person.

  • Investigate flagged issues in internal reports (e.g. crates not completed) and coordinate with technicians to resolve them
  • Escalate recurring or systemic issues to Manager for follow‑up
Administration & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of transport activities, delays, and incident reports

Provide regular operational updates and contribute to internal reporting (e.g. daily flags, performance tracking).

  • Compile and provide regular data on van utilisation and cost‑effectiveness, based on jobs completed vs planned budgets
  • Assist in coordinating resources and materials required for transport and crating activities
  • Provide administrative support for crating and warehouse‑related activities (e.g. preparing technicians’ list of jobs, ordering crates, replenishing materials, coordinating repairs or replacements of equipment)
Transport Planning & Coordination
  • Contribute to planning and optimising delivery and collection routes for company vans, taking into account distance, time constraints, and operational priorities
  • Contact clients directly to confirm pick‑up dates and availability when required
  • Monitor the progress of pickups and deliveries, anticipate and address potential delays or issues, and keep relevant teams and clients informed
  • Ensure that all required documentation for transport activities is accurate, complete, and stored
  • Liaise with drivers, technicians, and internal teams to guarantee smooth transport execution and customer satisfaction
🧑🎨 Your profile:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise across teams
