You’ll supervise the planning, scheduling, and execution of unilateral broadcast services for Media Partners (MPs) — from OB Vans to IP streaming and satellite distribution.

🛫What will I be doing?

• Manage and validate Media Partners’ service requests from the Catalogue of Services (COS)
• Liaise between Booking Front Office, HBS technical teams, and external providers
• Oversee planning and smooth delivery of services at Venues and the IBC
• Create and communicate technical documentation for each service category
• Review technical feasibility of requests: OB setups, contribution links, streaming access, etc.
• Produce operational instructions for on‑site technical teams

📍 This position is based in Boulogne Billancourt (92) with hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days WFH), then full‑time in the USA for the tournament.
