Job Summary

The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the commercial strategy in France for a defined portfolio of strategic end-user clients. The objective is to achieve revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets. This role also ensures the execution of action plans and represents the company with key clients and strategic partners.

The position is location-flexible within France, with a preference for proximity to major urban centers and transportation hubs

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and implement the national sales strategy for the assigned client segment
  • Analyze sales performance and propose corrective action plans when needed
  • Identify and develop new market opportunities
  • Negotiate commercial agreements with key accounts
  • Conduct competitive and market intelligence activities
  • Contribute to sales forecasting and budgeting
  • Represent the company at professional events, trade shows , and client meetings
  • Set and monitor the achievement of commercial objectives for the assigned territory
  • Prioritize commercial actions based on strategic business goals
  • Make decisions on commercial terms within delegated authority
  • Oversee the management of regional key accounts
  • Recommend budget adjustments in line with actual performance
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s commercial policies and internal procedures
Required Skills and Knowledge
  • Strong command of B2B sales and key account negotiation techniques
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis platforms
  • Good understanding of the economic and financial dynamics of a sales region
