Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager for the IRIS2 SpaceRise programme in Eutelsat. Your leadership and experience will be key to support the project manager in the execution of the programme.

You are a structured and organised project‑experienced person committed to deliveries and capable of leading a group of people toward a common objective. You thrive in collaborative environments, are comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and can effectively communicate in both English and cross‑functional teams. You enjoy providing structure and clarity in high‑impact programmes and are confident using Project Management digital tools and processes.

What You’ll Do

• Identify in the project all tier‑1 and lower‑tier procurements that need to be put in place.
• Organise all procurement activities of the IRIS2 project and, in particular:
• Sourcing (i.e., identification of potential bidders).
• Consultation documentation.
• RFI/RFP process.
• Supplier’s offer evaluation (RFI/RFP).
• Decision boards: Tender Evaluation Board (TEB), Tender Senior Board (TSB).
• Contractualisation with the supplier.
• Follow‑up of the contract execution after signature until completion of the contract.
• Within this mission, you will be the focal point for EUT with the SpaceRise consortium for the procurement activities.
• Guarantee a coherent approach with respect to the overall IRIS2 objectives.
• Planning.
• Cost management.
• Contractual commitment flow‑down.
• Interface with all stakeholders of the programme and of the company, including:
• Project manager (direct report).
• Projects segment managers.
• Commercial and contract team.
• Legal.
• Finance.
• Formalise the procurement process of IRIS2 in the Business Management System.

What You’ll Need

• Proven experience in procurement, particularly in complex industrial and organisational environments.
• A background in space programmes.
• Strong awareness of the key processes and tasks described above.
• Leadership to drive and coordinate a team of various skills and companies.
• Experience in Project Management digital tools.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Availability in Issy‑les‑Moulineaux with regular travel to Toulouse.
