Mission:

As an HR Generalist, you support the Plant Director and HR Director France by managing core HR activities, including recruitment, performance management, training, internal communication, social climate initiatives, and CSE relations. You oversee HR compliance, support managers, monitor absenteeism, and contribute to HSE and GDPR requirements. In partnership with payroll administration, you handle contracts, payroll, onboarding, and general HR administration.

Main responsibilities
  • Internal communication and events
  • Social climate survey deployed by the Group
  • Recruitment: monitoring and implementation of the recruitment process
  • Performance evaluation system (monitoring of deployment campaigns)
  • Identification and assessment of training needs, creation of the training plan, evaluation of training impact, and declaration of training hours via the company systems
  • Relationship with CSE members and preparation of meetings with the Secretary and the Plant Director
  • Support and guidance to CODIR members and management
  • Analysis and monitoring of absenteeism
  • Advising on occupational risk prevention and ensuring compliance, in coordination with the site HSE coordinator
  • GDPR compliance
In collaboration with the Payroll & Personnel Administration Officer (GPAP):
  • Preparation of employment contracts
  • Payroll and working time management
  • Updating the database and personnel files
  • Relations with insurance bodies and public administration (AON, CPAM, labour inspectorate, etc.)
  • Onboarding of new arrivals (welcome booklet, onboarding process)
  • Relationship with temporary employment agencies
  • Other general HR administrative tasks
