A leading enterprise integration company is seeking an experienced HRBP for maternity leave cover in La Défense, France. This role requires HR management experience in France, with a focus on labor relations, change management, and effective communication in both French and English. The successful candidate will lead the HR team in France and collaborate globally on HR practices to drive organizational change and transformation.

We are on the verge of finding someone who can identify, integrate and deliver effective HR services like talent management and development, organizational design and effectiveness, change management, strategic consultation and coaching, employee engagement strategies and recruitment in compliance with local legislation.
He / she will lead the HR Team in France and will collaborate with fellow global HR colleagues around the world sharing best business practices.
Your Responsabilities :
Your qualifications :
HR Management experience in France including labor relations.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Ability to inspire Initiative and Innovation
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Achievement focus and persistence when required
Excellent Leadership & Management skills
Fully proficiency in French and English;
A significant experience in an IT company or a similar dynamic environment.
The position is based in La défense.
