A leading IT services company in Paris seeks a skilled HR Business Partner to reinforce their HR department. The successful candidate will manage relationships with managers, advise on talent development, and ensure effective HR policies are implemented. The position requires a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and 5 years of relevant experience. The company supports hybrid working with flexibility, aiming for a healthy work-life balance.
As a HR Business Partner you will make an impact by reinforcing the Human Resources department of the French entity. You will be in charge of several organizations for which you will be the privileged point of contact of our managers. You will equip and advise them so that they deliver the business objectives expected by the company, support the development and engagement of their employees and contribute to maintaining a great place to work. You will be a valued member of the HR team and work collaboratively with team members and senior stakeholders.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2‑3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Paris.
