What you will do

• Design and implement processes, systems, and strategies to scale the organization
• Drive corporate Key Strategic Objectives and KPIs
• Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
• Oversee market expansion in LatAm
• Drive critical change management and growth projects
• Establish policies that promote efficiency and scalability while minimizing risk
• Oversee daily operations of the company such as the sports and casino commercial teams, customer operations, and project & delivery teams
• Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and success
• Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances, etc.)
• Manage relationships with partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an Operational or Project leadership role
• Proven experience as a leader in a high growth organization
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
• Understanding of business functions such as project management, operations & marketing
• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
• Experience in sports betting, gaming, sports or the media industry is a plus
