About the Client

Role Overview

We are looking for a mature and independent professional to take ownership of the Account Management department. This role focuses on building long-term client relationships, structuring internal processes, and representing the company at relevant industry events. It offers the opportunity to lead a growing team and contribute to the companys growth and results-driven direction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Structure and organize the departments tools and workflows
  • Manage the Account Management team
  • Building long-term relationships with B2B clients
  • Develop a system for client communication and train team members accordingly
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and other leadership
  • Create and implement a KPI system for account managers
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience working as a Lead or Head of Account Management or similarseniorroles in Fintech / Gambling or Crypto industries.
  • Strategic vision for building relationships with B2B clients.
  • Experience with various CRMs and tools is preferred to help implement best practices.
  • Good understanding of the Fintech High-Risk marketspecifics.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to systematize processes.
  • Team management experience with clear goal-setting abilities.
  • Excellentcommunication skills in English and Russian.
