Responsibilities
  • Support multi‑channel marketing activities to execute projects and business development activities across your area of responsibility, including content production, press releases, event support, website maintenance and social media.
  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with global GTM objectives.
  • Lead multi‑channel campaigns (digital, events, PR, social) to support business development and brand positioning.
  • Manage budgets and resources, ensuring ROI and timely delivery of projects.
  • Coach and mentor team members, fostering growth and high performance.
  • Collaborate with leadership to shape messaging and thought leadership content.
  • Oversee analytics and reporting, using insights to optimize campaigns and inform strategic decisions.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
Qualifications
  • 7–10 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in consulting, services, or agency environments, with strong knowledge of European markets and F&B, I&M and P&U industries.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive measurable business impact.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluency in English and French is essential.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Highly organized, independent, and results‑driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
