YOUR ROLE

The Internal Control department is seeking an Internal Controller to contribute to the development and management of internal control on a global scale, working directly with financial and operational management at the global head office, entities, and regional internal controlling teams.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Participate in internal control reviews, monitor audits, and assist with implementing audit recommendations.
• Contribute to process improvements in France and internationally.
• Assist in the annual self-assessment of key controls and help entities implement corrective actions.
• Draft and update internal control policies and procedures.
• Raise staff awareness of internal control issues regularly.
• Support other finance department assignments, such as specific reviews or post-fraud controls.

A travel rate of approximately 50% is expected.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Master's degree in business, engineering, or related fields, with potential certifications like DESCF, CIA, or DPAI.
• 3-4 years of experience as an internal controller, auditor, or in a finance role close to operations.
• Proficiency in Office suite (especially Excel); knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• Required skills: rigor, autonomy, ethics, adaptability, interpersonal skills, teaching abilities, and solid understanding of accounting and finance techniques.
• Fluent English required.
