A dynamic international company is seeking customer support professionals to assist French-speaking users on the Facebook project in Portugal. Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)

Compensation (40h/week):
With company accommodation: approx. 1,040.66 gross/month
Without company accommodation: approx. 1,240.67 gross/month
Meal allowance: 154/month (meal card)

Fully furnished shared apartment provided by the company for only with low price (all utilities included)
Airport pick-up upon arrival

Role Overview Customer Support
You will support French-speaking users of Facebook, handling inquiries with professionalism and care.
Your responsibilities include:
Managing customer interactions via phone, email, and chat
Providing accurate information, troubleshooting support, and user guidance
Documenting cases through internal systems
Ensuring a positive user experience through clear and empathetic communication
C2 level French
B1+/B2 English for internal communication
EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal
Ability and willingness to relocate
Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and customer focus
Previous customer service experience is an advantage (not mandatory)
