A leading food industry company in Suresnes is looking for a Nutrition Manager to lead nutrition strategy for its cheese and fruit compotes. The role requires a Master's degree in food science or nutrition, plus 7 to 10 years of experience in the field. Responsibilities include contributing to product development, providing nutritional insights, and coordinating communication actions for stakeholders. Fluency in English and French with leadership skills is essential. The position offers a permanent contract starting January 2025.

MAIN MISSIONS

Within the General Secretary Team you will be Nutrition manager for this role you will be the business partner of the team in France for both Cheese and Squeeze (fruit compotes jams desserts) businesses on nutrition topics providing vision leadership and support deploying the Group nutrition strategy to fuel the Company mission to provide healthier and more sustainable food accessible to all.

Main Responsibilities
  • Actively contribute to the success of new product development projects (innovations renovations) and brand communication initiatives (packaging web press etc.) by providing solid nutritional arguments.
  • Supply teams with nutritional information gathered from your scientific monitoring.
  • Define and implement nutrition communication actions for stakeholders in France (conferences press relations meetings) tailored to the Groups strategy and local needs.
  • Track and report nutrition KPIs for France to the Group.
  • Support the France Marketing teams in enhancing the nutritional value of all our products.
  • Build and engage a network of experts in the field and represent Bel on nutrition topics within professional associations in collaboration with colleagues from France Public Affairs and Food Law.
  • Coordinate ongoing nutrition awareness programs in France in partnership with the Group Nutrition team.

You will report to the General Secretary for France with a dotted line with the Group Nutrition Director.

PROFILE

You have a food science and / or nutrition background with at minimum a Master degree or equivalent and 7 to 10 years experience in the food industry in nutrition positions.

You have a very good knowledge of the French market the nutrition-related topics and ecosystem. You are fluent in English and French with a collaborative and business-oriented mindset and demonstrated leadership skills.

You have a strong willingness to drive our Mission to provide healthier and more sustainable food accessible to all.
