What You’ll Do

  • Take ownership of daily bookkeeping , including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards with precision.
  • Process vendor invoices, payments, and employee expense reimbursements efficiently.
  • Assist with monthly closings, financial reporting, and audit preparation.
  • Generate financial reports, analyze data, and provide insights using ERP.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards (GAAP).
  • Collaborate with internal teams and global offices to streamline processes and resolve discrepancies.

Who You Are

  • A detail-driven finance professional with 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance.
  • Hands‑on experience with ERP and strong Excel skills.
  • Fluent in finance principles (GAAP) with exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
