Are you a passionate sales professional ready to make a mark in the opto semiconductor industry? Liteon, a global leader in innovative optoelectronics, is seeking an experienced Field Sales / Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion across France, with a focus on the dynamic Industrial and Automotive market segments.

About the Role

As a Field Sales / BDM, you will play a pivotal role in growing Liteon’s opto semiconductor business, nurturing strategic partnerships, and identifying new opportunities throughout France. You will focus especially on Industrial and Automotive sectors, building relationships with key players and understanding the technical demands unique to these markets. Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, engage, and develop new and existing clients within the opto semiconductor sector, with emphasis on Industrial and Automotive applications, throughout France
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with customers, ensuring long-term business success
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings and technical presentations to highlight Liteon's solutions and products tailored to the Industrial and Automotive markets
  • Negotiate contracts and close complex deals, consistently exceeding sales targets
  • Collaborate closely with Liteon’s global teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities relevant to opto semiconductors, Industrial, and Automotive markets
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or International Sales; a master’s degree is highly preferred
  • Proven experience in field sales or business development in the opto semiconductor, Industrial, Automotive, or related electronics industries
  • Fluency in English and French is essential; additional European languages are a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and technical presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, driven to exceed targets and expand market reach
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multinational teams
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively across France
