A global leader in industrial gases is looking for a Compensation Manager to oversee Executive compensation and performance rewards. The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree in Finance or Human Resources and at least 10 years of relevant experience. Key skills include financial modeling, fluency in French and English, and mastery of Microsoft Office. This full-time position offers a chance to contribute to governance processes and enhance the company's Total Rewards programs within a diverse workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Global Total Rewards with exposure to Executive Compensation.
  • Prior experience in an Operational or Financial role is a strong asset.

Responsabilités

  • Manage the annual Bonus Plan cycle for Executives.
  • Prepare annual compensation surveys and market benchmarks.
  • Oversee administration of Executives pension plans.
  • Manage governance processes and present to the Remuneration Committee.
  • Redact data for the Universal Registration Document (URD).

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW

Reporting to the VP Group Total Rewards & International Mobility you will be in charge of :

EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION & PERFORMANCE REWARDS (PRP)

Manage the annual Bonus Plan cycle for Executives: issue and population of individual scorecards change-of-role adjustments assessment of attainment percentage coordination of payout management.

Preparation of the annual WTW Executives France compensation survey and review of market benchmarks to support annual salary review and change-of-role proposals for Executives.

Oversee the administration of Top France Executives pension plans including eligibility contribution calculation and payment coordination with payroll and SwissLife.

OVERNANCE COMPLIANCE AND REPORTING

Manage the governance process including presenting the LTI campaign for the Remuneration Committee and securing Board of Directors approval (September).

Redact and fill in data for the Universal Registration Document (URD) (DecemberMarch) on LTI grants and vesting in particular.

Contribute to CSRD reporting requirements specifically focusing on adequate / living wage analysis from a Total Rewards viewpoint.

Prepare specific one-pager notes for the President to support the annual General Meeting preparations.

Required Education & Experience

You have a Masters degree in Finance Human Resources or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Global Total Rewards with extensive exposure to Executive Compensation .

A first experience in an Operational or Financial role is highly valued.

Necessary Skills

Expert mastery of financial modeling and data analysis related to compensation and equity programs.

Fluent French and English (written and oral) is mandatory for global coordination.

Mastery of Google suite or Microsoft Office (Sheets / Excel) for complex modeling.

familiarity with HRIS systems for plan administration is essential.

Strong Digital mindset and appetite for process optimization and system integration.

Absolute Discretion and Integrity in handling highly sensitive and confidential Executive compensation data.
