Our client is a leading SaaS company dedicated to lowering emissions through AI. We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Process Support Specialist to assist them with their upcoming venture debt raise.

Job Summary :

The Process Support Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting fundraising efforts. This position requires a candidate with a strong understanding of venture debt raises, including EIB and EIF financing, financial modelling skills, the ability to manage investor DD processes and create / amend investor materials as required.

The role will be remote and is expected to require a minimum commitment of 4 days a week for at least 5-6 months, starting in Q1. Some initial support work may be required before current year end.

Key Responsibilities :

• Model Review : Thoroughly review the existing financial model to identify areas for improvement and ensure accuracy.
• Investor Materials : Prepare, review, and distribute investor materials, including pitch decks, financial statements, and other relevant documents.
• Due Diligence Support : Assist in coordinating due diligence processes, ensuring all required information is provided accurately and promptly.
• Communication : Facilitate clear and effective communication between internal teams and external investors.
• Documentation : Maintain meticulous records of all investor interactions and document submissions.
• Compliance : Ensure all fundraising activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
