A global gaming leader in Lyon is seeking a QA professional to join their production team. This role involves ensuring quality control throughout development, managing test plans, and collaborating closely with internal teams. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in the gaming industry, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Jira. This position is full-time and requires on-site work.

Qualifications

• 3 years of QA experience within the video game industry.
• Autonomous, rigorous, methodical with strong writing skills.
• Excellent communication and self-assessment abilities.

Responsabilités

• Perform active quality control on different aspects of development.

Overview

Integrated within the production team and reporting to the Project Coordinator your mission will be to provide daily feedback on the various issues encountered during the development of a new unannounced project.

Main responsibilities

• Perform active quality control on different aspects of development
• Be responsible for creating updating and communicating test plans
• Create bugs with Jira and manage their assignment and follow-up with the relevant teams
• Carry out regular regression testing on deliverables
• Work directly with Ubisoft\'s QA and QC teams involved in the project
• Stay informed about design and production updates related to the game
• Report needs issues and progress to the different teams

Qualifications

• 3 years of QA experience within the video game industry
• Autonomous rigorous methodical with strong writing skills
• Excellent communication and self-assessment abilities
• Ability to work under pressure meet deadlines and collaborate within a team
• Strong proficiency with Jira
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus
