Une entreprise pharmaceutique dynamique recherche un Spécialiste Produit pour promouvoir des produits de biothérapie dans les domaines de la rhumatologie et de l'oncologie. Ce rôle, nécessitant une expertise approfondie en biothérapie et des compétences solides en communication, vise à établir des relations solides avec des médecins et à surveiller les tendances du marché. Le candidat idéal aura au moins 10 ans d'expérience dans le domaine et sera motivé par l'impact des innovations thérapeutiques sur les soins aux patients.

Qualifications

  • Minimum de 10 ans d'expérience en ventes médicales en rhumatologie et oncologie.
  • Compréhension approfondie des produits de biothérapie et de leurs applications cliniques.
  • Capacité à voyager fréquemment dans le territoire assigné.

Responsabilités

  • Promouvoir les produits de biothérapie auprès des médecins.

Description du poste

Dr.Reddy's is seeking dynamic Product Specialists who will be responsible for promoting biotherapy products to physicians within the fields of Rheumatology and Oncology. This role requires a deep understanding of biotherapy products, their benefits, and their applications in treating rheumatic and oncologic conditions. The Product specialist will build and maintain strong relationships with the specialists in the target, ensuring they are well-informed about the latest advancements and benefits of biotherapy products. Being aware of the specificities of the products in Dr Reddy’s portfolio.

Candidates will be ideally based in following locations : Rennes, Caen, Laval, Amiens, Reims, Paris south west, Orléans, Dijon, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Lyon, St Etienne

Key Responsibilities :

1. Product Promotion :

  • Promote biotherapy products to rheumatologists, oncologists, and other physician in the target.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to the physicians.

2. Relationships Management :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in scope.
  • Provide ongoing support and information to the physicians in scope regarding biotherapy products.
  • Organize and participate in medical conferences, seminars, and workshops.

3. Market Analysis and Reporting :

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the fields of Rheumatology and Oncology.
  • Provide regular reports on promotion activities, market conditions, and customer feedback.

4. Educational Support :

  • Educate physicians on the benefits and proper use of biotherapy products.
  • Provide scientific and technical information to support the safe and effective use of biotherapy.
  • Assist in the development of educational materials and programs for physicians.

5. Compliance and Ethics :

  • Ensure all activities comply with local, national, and international regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain high ethical standards in all interactions with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor + 2Yrs degree in Life Sciences or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.

Experience : Minimum of 10 years of experience in medical sales in the fields of Rheumatology and Oncology.

Knowledge : Deep understanding of biotherapy products, their regulatory environment, and their clinical applications.

Skills :

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Additional Requirements :

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory in France.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
