Location : Greece (Athens Thessaloniki and other locations depending on the project)

Contract Type : Full-time Permanent

Work Model : On-site and remote options (remote roles require relocation within Greece)

Languages Required : Danish Dutch French German Italian Japanese Norwegian Portuguese Spanish Swedish

Job Description

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone email or chat in your native language and English
  • Assist customers with orders deliveries and product settings
  • Provide troubleshooting support and problem-solving in line with company guidelines

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure quality service delivery
Requirements
  • Fluency in one of the listed languages English
  • EU Work Permit is mandatory (candidates must already be legally authorized to work in the EU no visa or legal assistance is provided)
