A leading fintech company is seeking a Customer Support Specialist in Toulouse. In this role, you will assist customers in resolving issues through various channels while enhancing your communication and problem-solving skills. Ideal candidates should be fluent in English and French, have strong customer focus, and be self-driven. Location: Onsite in Cork, Ireland
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 5 days a week across Mon-Sun (subject to change)
Salary: €32,500 gross per year + performance bonus + €1,000 gross sign on bonus
Start Date: 19 January 2026
Relocation Support: Up to 4 weeks of accommodation for candidates moving from outside Ireland
