Qualifications

Description du poste

As part of our growth, we are looking for a Customer Quality Engineer (M/F). Within our Operations division, your main tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Ensure direct communication with customers on quality-related issues.
  • Improve customer satisfaction by meeting their expectations in this area.
  • Ensuring internal and external coordination of customer complaints by applying the 8D method:
    • Collecting the information needed to complete the problem description and characterise it.
    • Assessing the priority level of the complaint.
    • Initiating and coordinating the resolution of these problems, from analysis to conclusion.
    • Proposing technical improvement solutions to our customers when appropriate.
    • Monitor the implementation of corrective solutions.
  • Assist sales representatives in qualifying Timotion solutions, taking into account specific customer quality requirements:
    • Ensure that products meet the required standards
    • Attend validation tests
    • Supervise corrective actions, if necessary
  • Be our point of contact in Europe for quality standards and regulations applicable to our products and their applications.
    • Keep up to date with the latest trends and developments in standards and certifications for our specific markets in Europe.
    • Research, analyse and communicate these regulations internally. Regular travel to our customers across Europe is to be expected.
Who we are looking for:
  • Engineering degree or equivalent, with a specialisation in quality.
  • You are known for your rigour, your ability to come up with new ideas and your autonomy.
  • You have good customer relations skills and strong communication skills.
  • You are proficient in problem-solving and project management methodologies.
  • You have a good knowledge of and interest in industrial technical products, with a good understanding of mechanics and electronics.
  • Excellent written and spoken English is essential for working with our customers, our European sales team and our head office in Taiwan.
  • You are proficient in Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Practical information:
  • 7 hours/day, Monday to Friday (flexible working hours)
  • 1 day of remote working per week
  • To start as soon as possible
Compensation & Benefits :

Gross annual salary : 45-55k€

Annual bonus based on individual and company performance (eligibility after 3 months)
