Une entreprise internationale spécialisée dans l'assurance recherche un Analyste de Crédit. Vous étudierez la santé financière des entreprises suisses et aiderez à prendre des décisions éclairées sur le crédit. Le poste est hybride, basé à Bois-Colombes ou Lyon. Une bonne maîtrise du français et de l'anglais est nécessaire. Les candidats doivent avoir un diplôme en finance et 1 à 3 ans d'expérience en analyse de crédit.

Qualifications

• Minimum de 1-3 ans d'expérience en analyse de crédit ou finance d'entreprise.
• Expérience antérieure dans l'assurance crédit ou la banque est un atout.
• Capacité prouvée à évaluer le risque financier.

Responsabilités

• Réaliser une analyse financière approfondie des entreprises suisses.
• Évaluer et justifier des notations de crédit.
• Maintenir un contact régulier avec les entreprises pour des informations plus approfondies.

Job Description

As a Credit Analyst at Coface, you will play a key role in evaluating the financial health of companies and industries located in Switzerland (French speaking part) to support sound underwriting decisions. Reporting directly to the Head of Credit Risk Analysis in France - Paris or Lyon - and functionally to the Head of Credit Analysis and Information in Switzerland, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, maintaining close contact with businesses, and delivering high‑quality risk assessments. Your insights will directly contribute to Coface’s ability to protect and empower our clients.

Your main missions

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis of primarily Swiss companies using internal and external data sources
• Assign and justify credit assessments based on financial statements, market conditions, and other qualitative factors
• Maintain regular contact with businesses through calls to gain deeper insights into operations and strategy
• Gather and search for additional information where required
• Assumption of responsibility and monitor assigned portfolio, while proactively identify changes in risk profiles
• Prepare sector‑specific analyses to support strategic decision‑making
• Collaborate with Underwriting and Sales teams to ensure alignment on risk appetite and client needs
• Participate in rating committees and contribute to group‑level reporting and discussions
• Ensure compliance with Coface’s internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Stay up to date with market trends, economic developments, and industry dynamics with focus Switzerland

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience

Minimum of 1‑3 years of experience in credit analysis, financial services, or corporate finance

Prior experience in trade credit insurance or banking is a strong asset

Proven ability to assess financial risk and make sound recommendations

Competencies

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
• Comfortable presenting and defending credit decisions
• Fluent in French; English is a must
• Proficient in CRM systems, and MS Office
