We are experiencing rapid growth following its successful Series B funding round. This expansion phase requires strengthening our technical foundation and scaling our development capabilities to meet increasing market demands.

As we structure our growing team, we're seeking a Confirmed Python Developer to play a pivotal role in a dynamic environment where they can make a significant impact on both our technology stack and team culture during this exciting growth phase.

Reporting to the Head Of Engineering, working together with a strong team spirit and driven by the confidence that Veesion is on track to revolutionize the retail industry.

Your Mission:

• Design, implement, and maintain robust and scalable architectures.
• Align to best coding practices, performing rigorous code reviews, and encouraging other developers.
• Be involved in decision‑making processes and effectively communicate technical choices to the team.
• Participate in team alignment by defending ideas and fostering a strong technical culture.
• Work hands‑on with Python to develop high‑performance applications.
• Optimize and architect database solutions using PostgreSQL, including SQL query optimization.

• You have a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in software development.
• You have good proficiency in Python.
• You have a good understanding of database architectures, particularly PostgreSQL.
• You are comfortable designing SQL queries and optimizing database performance.
• You know how to follow and advocate for best practices and inspire developers to follow them.
