Responsibilities

• Création de la société dans EPICOR (plusieurs interactions avec l'équipe informatique EPICOR et interactions avec PSE, consultant externe pour la mise en œuvre en France)
• Configuration afin de pouvoir intégrer le fichier de paie de SAFEGUARD, gérer les charges sociales et les paiements d'impôts
• Frais de déplacement probables pour les collaborateurs d'Evident, principalement les commerciaux et les techniciens : obtention d'une carte d'entreprise pour eux, formation à l'utilisation de Workday, réservation des frais de déplacement et gestion de la réservation des relevés BOA ou des paiements des frais de déplacement, le cas échéant
• Frais AP probables à réserver (Safeguard, location de voitures, péages et cartes carburant, etc.) - création d'une boîte AP dédiée et d'une société au sein de Medius
• Rapprochement bancaire à mettre en place et à gérer par la suite / interactions Cash Pooling
• Relevés de TVA ?
• Balance de vérification mensuelle provenant de Deloitte ?
• Certaines refacturations
• Rapports mensuels (ou au moins trimestriels au début)
