Hunter Douglas is the global market leader in window coverings and architectural sun-control solutions, with strong brands such as Luxaflex® and Filtersun. To further develop our business in France and support our commercial growth with existing customers, we are looking for a Commercial Transformation Manager. In this strategic role, you will combine data analysis, commercial insight, and project management to strengthen our commercial effectiveness and drive growth opportunities.

Your Role

As Commercial Transformation Manager, you are the vital link between analysis, strategy, and execution. You will support the Commercial Director France in improving commercial processes, developing customer relationships, and achieving growth within existing partnerships. You will play an active role in the commercial transformation of the Filtersun and Luxaflex brands, focusing on efficiency, digitalization, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop clear reports and dashboards to support commercial decision-making.
  • Support the Commercial Director France with account plans, customer analyses, and strategic initiatives.
  • Initiate and follow up on commercial improvement projects (pricing, segmentation, process optimization, digitalization).
  • Identify growth potential within existing customers and coordinate concrete action plans with sales and marketing teams.
  • Contribute to the development of a data-driven commercial organization.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, finance, and operations to achieve commercial objectives.
About you
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a commercial, analytical, or business development role (preferably in B2B).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to translate numbers into actionable commercial insights.
  • Strategic and conceptual thinker with a pragmatic and results-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
