In a multi-European market context with highly diverse customer behaviours, data is an essential tool to help better understand customer needs and their profiles. This data expertise is held by our Data analysts who prepare and implement contact plans (email, postcard, SMS…) with our Retail or Digital customers in collaboration with the marketing teams. Additionally, they analyse customer behaviours to identify new business levers to activate.

Finally, they help develop reporting tools to best support operational teams (marketing, retail, etc.). This permanent optimization, linked to technological developments, different usages, different costs in our markets, is essential in our business model.

Responsibilities

Your mission:

Prepare the contact plan :

  • Optimization scorings and targeting
  • Analysis of customer data
  • File forecast

Implementation of the contact plan :

  • Select customers for postcards, emails, wallet... depending on the quality and customer behaviour
  • Creation of customer journeys on event
  • Proactively suggest tests and discover more effective methods to improve performance

Analyse customer behaviour :

  • Statistically analyse the successful performance of actions taken
  • Explore and investigate new angles for understanding customer insights
  • The market is constantly evolving, and it’s essential to help understand performance both on the website and in stores on very specific points

Performance monitoring :

  • In collaboration with the field teams, process the data, structure it, and design dashboards that help improve their productivity
  • Monitor the efficiency of our mailings, check the deliverability, and control the quality of our contact details

Project

  • Implement of new targeting tools or personalization tools
  • Define the easiest and smartest way to realise the project

  • You have a first experience in Data analysis with big volumes.
  • You have a good knowledge of SQL and statistics.Python and Tableau would be a plus.
  • You practice English or French with a professional level. (English is mandatory)
  • You are able to adapt on projects according to priorities and you like change because you’re clever, positive, and motivated by finding alternative solutions on your own.
  • You are curious, resourceful, and enjoy helping others through your work.
  • You work effectively with other departments, even if they are non-expert of data and you are our ambassador to improve our processes.
