A fast-growing delivery consulting start-up is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand operations into the UK market. The role involves researching prospects, delivering pitches, and maintaining client relationships. Required qualifications include a master's degree and experience in business development. Candidates must be fluent in English and possess strong interpersonal skills. This position is based in Marseille and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of delivery platforms (UberEats, Deliveroo, Just Eat, etc.).

Over the past two years, we’ve established partnerships with thousands of renowned brands across France and Belgium, including Burger King, Subway, Pitaya, Pokawa, as well as top retailers like Carrefour, Intermarché, Système U, and Monoprix.

We’re now bringing our winning model to the United Kingdom — one of the most developed delivery markets in the world.

Strategy & Market Analysis:
  • Deeply understand and master Savour’s unique offering.
  • Gain expertise in both French and UK delivery platforms.
  • Analyze our success in France and develop a tailored UK go-to-market strategy.
Business Development:
  • Research the UK market and identify high-value prospects (restaurant groups, franchises, retail brands).
  • Deliver compelling pitches in English to decision-makers.
  • Close deals and develop your own client portfolio from scratch.
Account Management:
  • Build and maintain premium, long-term client relationships.
  • Perform operational and marketing audits, and track competitor activity.
  • Define and execute data-driven marketing plans with clients.
  • Ensure outstanding service quality and performance improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English
  • Master’s degree (BAC+5 or equivalent)
  • Experience in business development, sales, or account management
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Highly autonomous, structured, digital native
  • Driven by performance and results
  • Knowledge of delivery platforms (UberEats, Deliveroo, Just Eat, etc.)
  • Previous experience in the UK market or hospitality sector is a plus
