A leading international company in Thyez seeks a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the DACH and CEE regions. The ideal candidate will have a background in defense/aerospace industries, with strong technical and sales expertise, and excellent communication skills. In a context of strong growth, we are looking for :
Based in Thyez, France, you will support and work closely with our current Business Development Manager to develop our business in the DACH regions (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and parts of Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).
You will combine technical expertise and strategic influence in markets that are truly shaping the future.
With a higher technical education (engineering or equivalent) in aerospace, naval, defense technology, or a related field, you have 3 or more years of experience in the sale of industrial technical solutions or business development in the defense / aerospace / naval sectors.
You are proficient in CRM tools for tracking opportunities and customer relationships.
Good knowledge of computer applications (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
Fluency in English is mandatory. German and / or French is a plus.
Ability to adapt your communication style to a variety of audiences : engineers, buyers, etc.
Enjoy challenges, work independently, are a team player, and have an interest in technology.
Willingness to travel within the DACH & CEE regions 50% of the time.
