Our client, an international distributor of premium Korean and global skincare brands, is expanding rapidly and seeking ambitious, multilingual Beauty Sales Closers to drive B2B sales across multiple territories.

This role is ideal for someone with strong sales instincts, relationship‑building ability, and the confidence to speak with retail buyers, distributors, pharmacies, clinics, and beauty store owners.

This is a commission‑only opportunity with very high earning potential for closers who can deliver results.

Multiple territories are available across the UK, Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.

Candidates can be based anywhere, provided they can engage professionally with retailers in their assigned territory (some in‑person meetings may occasionally be required).

About the Opportunity

Our client supplies curated, high‑quality skincare brands to retailers worldwide. With demand increasing across multiple markets, they are now looking to onboard several sales closers who can:

  • Open new retail accounts
  • Pitch products confidently to buyers
  • Negotiate wholesale orders
  • Build lasting relationships with beauty decision‑makers
  • Grow and manage their assigned territory

You must be able to close deals and drive revenue. This role is NOT administrative; it is a pure business development and sales closing position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct B2B prospecting across your assigned territory (cold calling, outreach, LinkedIn, email).
  • Present and pitch skincare brands to beauty retailers, pharmacies, clinics, boutique owners, and distributors.
  • Negotiate pricing and wholesale orders with buyers.
  • Follow up actively and professionally to close deals.
  • Maintain a clean and accurate CRM record of all activity.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with retail decision‑makers.
  • Provide weekly updates on pipeline, conversations, and deal progress.
  • Suggest market insights, trends, and opportunities to shape strategy.
  • Represent the brand professionally and confidently in all communications.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals who can SELL and CLOSE.

You will excel in this role if you are:

  • Experienced in B2B sales (beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, luxury retail, pharmaceuticals, or related industries).
  • Confident speaking with retail buyers and distributors.
  • Skilled in cold calling, objection handling, and relationship‑building.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages such as Italian, French, Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese, German, Korean, etc. are a major advantage).
  • Comfortable working commission‑only until targets are achieved.
  • Self‑motivated, resilient, resourceful, and target‑driven.
  • Able to work independently in a remote setting.

Experience in beauty/skincare is preferred but NOT required.
