Overview

We are looking for experienced Automotive Diagnostics Specialists to support an upcoming pilot project focused on infotainment log analysis, error tracing, and structured diagnostic reporting. In this role, you willanalyzereal infotainment system error logs to help improve automotive AI models and raise the standard of diagnostic accuracy.

As an Automotive Diagnostics Specialist, you will review raw vehicle communication logs,identifyfault patterns, and produce clear, structured root-cause analyses aligned with engineering standards.

What you will do

Review and interpret automotive infotainment system logs, including CAN/CAN-FD, LIN, diagnostic frames, crash logs, and connectivity logs.

Trace signals and events to reconstruct the error sequence within the log timeline.

Identifythemost likely rootcause of each issue and produce a structured RCA report.

Collaborate with QA reviewers to ensure accuracy and consistency in diagnostic reasoning.

Requirements

Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics, particularly infotainment systems.

Strong knowledge of CAN / CAN-FD / LIN bus systems and signal tracing.

Experience with ECU interaction, vehicle communication protocols, and error-log debugging.

Ability to interpret raw communication logs and reconstruct event sequences.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Englishproficiency.

Rate: 30 USD per hour

Weekly commitment:~10 hours per week
