Main Responsabilities :
  • Under the supervision of the stewarding manager, the incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of the various stewarding services in the hotel in order to guarantee consistent quality results.
  • Responsible for supervising the dishwashing area and staff restaurant.
  • Responsible for the maintenance, cleaning, and storage of kitchen equipment, and for supplying catering outlets with equipment.
  • Conduct a daily briefing with the team to convey important information.
  • Ensure that HACCP standards and procedures are followed at all times.
