Team:
You will join the HR team of Click&Boat, a business unit managed by Tiphaine, VP HR, and composed of 7 people based in Paris and Barcelona.
As part of your missions, you will report directly to the HR Officer. You will work closely with her and with your HR colleagues.
Tasks:
In the frame of Click&Boat seasonality, we are looking for an intern to support us to manage the on-boarding campaigns.
With the guidance of your manager, you will have the opportunity to handle the following tasks:
1) HR & Onboarding(80%)
You will participate in the on-boarding of the candidates recruited, being their point of contact and making sure everything is ready for their arrival.
2) Projects (20%)
Depending on the needs, you'll be expected to be proactive to share new ideas andhelp the HR team on different matters such as office management, events or recruitment.
