About the Role

Activities Description:


Preparation of Stakeholder Dialogues:


Present the dialogue methodology to subsidiary contacts, ensuring clear and shared understanding of issues.
Support stakeholder mapping by identifying key actors and potential partners to maximize dialogue impact.
Prepare tools necessary for launching dialogues, tailored to each subsidiary's specificities.
Coordinate the different subsidiary dialogue initiations, ensuring effective and harmonious synchronization of initiatives.


Facilitation of Stakeholder Dialogues:


Monitor field activities, collect and review notes to ensure accurate information gathering.
Facilitate workshops and interviews, promoting rich and constructive exchanges between stakeholders and the Group.
Implement best practice sharing between countries to continuously improve dialogue processes.


Results Analysis:


Prepare a compilation file of verbatim comments for in-depth analysis of stakeholder feedback.
Engage with the institute during initial dialogue feedback sessions, ensuring smooth and effective communication of results.
Present dialogue outcomes within the entity, ensuring lessons learned are integrated into future actions.
Facilitate a post-dialogue workshop to connect with existing subsidiary plans, ensuring continuity of CSR actions.
Prepare communication tools for public publications, enhancing transparency and visibility of CSR initiatives.


Contribution to CSRD and Sustainability Reporting:


Actively participate in drafting sustainability reports, incorporating stakeholder feedback and exploring sustainable business models for the Group Orange.


Contribution to New Projects:


Be involved in forming a youth committee, whether internal or external, to feed into reflections and topics around the Group's purpose, incorporating perspectives of younger generations.

About You

Profile/Skills:

We are looking for an intern for a 24-month period


You hold a degree from a business school or social and economic studies, with a preference for RSE specialization, but it is not mandatory.

A Master's in sustainable development, CSR, or a related field is also appreciated.

Required Skills:

Sensitivity to CSR, aid organizations, and NGOs.
Skills in marketing, ideally gained through market research internships.
Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong stakeholder relationships.
Proactive and autonomous, with a capacity for initiative.
Ability to adapt to a multicultural environment, essential for interacting with diverse interlocutors.
Organizational and project management skills to successfully carry out your missions.
Analytical and synthesis skills to derive insights from collected data.
Proficiency in IT tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Rigour and high standards in deliverables, ensuring quality work.
Interest and knowledge of the digital world, including social networks.


Languages: Fluent English is essential for communication with subsidiaries.
