Description du poste
What\'s the role?

We are looking for an AI Project Manager to join Hilti’s AI Accelerator. In this role, you’ll lead the prioritization and delivery of impactful AI use cases across our global organization. You’ll work closely with AI experts and collaborate with stakeholders from Strategic Marketing and market organizations to align initiatives with business goals and drive measurable outcomes.

What does the role involve?

The role involves managing and prioritizing the AI use case backlog, ensuring projects align with organizational goals, and driving successful delivery of impactful AI initiatives. You’ll work with AI experts, Product Owners, and domain specialists from across Hilti to understand requirements, plan projects, and help stakeholders evaluate and launch high-impact AI use cases globally.

Key tasks include:

  • Prioritizing and managing the AI project backlog
  • Coordinating with teams and stakeholders to deliver projects
  • Planning schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation
  • Supporting the launch and scaling of AI use cases
  • Reporting progress and outcomes to management
What you need is:
  • At least 8 years’ experience in product management, digital transformation, consulting, or innovation roles—ideally in a global, digital organization.
  • Hands-on experience managing cross-functional teams, agile backlogs, and delivering products.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools (you don’t need to be a technical expert, but you should have worked with data teams or implemented AI use cases).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, especially across business and IT.
  • Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and ideally PowerBI or other dashboard tools.
  • Experience with backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
  • Clear communicator—able to document discussions and keep teams aligned.
  • Creative, proactive, and comfortable asking questions or seeking clarity.
  • Fluency in English (required for our international environment).
Who should apply?

We’re investing more than ever in our digital transformation. As a company whose lifeblood is innovation, we give our customers the next level of digital offerings on an impressive global scale! For you, it means unrivalled opportunities to work and develop an international career and really have an impact on the shape of things to come.

What do we offer?

At HDMS, you’ll thrive in a dynamic, internationally-minded environment where diverse perspectives fuel innovation and collaboration. We offer close-knit management, stimulating responsibilities, and a culture that balances autonomy with teamwork. You’ll be the owner of your professional development and will have the freedom to design your own career map. Our flexible remote work policy allows you to work from home up to 50% of the time. You’ll also benefit from a fully covered health insurance plan for you and your family at no cost for you, a competitive pension scheme, and an annual solidarity day to support causes that matter to you.
