JOB DETAILS
Contract type : Permanent – Full-time
Reporting : Chief Executive Officer
Position : AI Program Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize and prioritize technical tasks across engineering, data and product teams; anticipate and balance workload to meet project milestones.
- Facilitate requirement specifications, data-access agreements and reporting pipelines between stakeholders (clients, IT, data teams).
- Drive onboarding programs for new clients and internal users; ensure smooth hand-off from sales to operations.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery : schedule kick-offs, track weekly requirements, capture new needs and user feedback.
- Monitor task progress and ensure timely completion by the team.
- Act as right hand to the CEO to coordinate daily activities, executive communications and ad-hoc initiatives.
- Design and implement automation for project methodologies and reporting (low-code / no-code tools or scripting).
QUALIFICATIONS
Hard Skills
- Excellent business-level English (French is mandatory).
- Strong foundation in tech and generative AI concepts (LLMs, RAG, embeddings).
- Solid understanding of insurance and risk management (underwriting, claims lifecycles, compliance).
- Proven stakeholder management : liaising with C-suite, brokers, reinsurers and technical teams.
- Experience with customer success frameworks (health scores, churn-mitigation, playbooks).
- Hands-on with PM and collaboration tools (Linear) and BI / reporting tools.
- Automation mindset : familiarity with market tools or simple scripting for process optimization.
Soft Skills
- Highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; polished presentation skills.
- Collaborative team player with a customer-centric attitude.
Experience
4–6 years in program or project management roles within tech, AI or insurance sectors.
